Usually it sits in front of them. Adjusters get a cited chronology on day one for triage and reserving; nurse reviewers start from a verified timeline instead of a raw PDF; outside review is reserved for the files that genuinely need a clinical opinion.
What does the output look like?
A narrative summary plus a dated chronology table with columns for date, provider, event, and source page. Both export to Word and Excel. Every line in the chronology is clickable back to the source page in the browser.
