What medical record review costs per page
The cost of a file is its page count times your per-page rate. There is no setup fee, no per-file minimum, and no subscription. Your rate drops as you load more credits.

Pricing questions
How much does OctopusLM cost?
You pay per page with credits: $0.10 per page standard, $0.05 per page with a $300 top-up, and $0.04 per page with a $4,000 top-up (100,000 pages). No subscription, no seats. Insurance and legal teams can get a custom plan at $0.04 per page with a 1,000,000-page minimum and a separate setup fee.
What does a page count as?
One page of the PDF you upload. A 600-page medical file costs $60 at the standard rate, or $30 with a $300 top-up. Duplicate pages are still pages in the file you uploaded, so removing obvious duplicates before upload saves money.
How do credits work?
Load credits, and pages are deducted automatically when each case finishes. If a case needs more pages than you have, you are never blocked: the extra pages are billed at $0.10 per page and added to your next credit load.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 1,000 free pages ($100 in credit). Sign up and upload a real file. No contract or minimum.
